Reiko = Shao Kahn?

Is this true? Reiko = Shao Kahn? In one of lots of cutscenes in MK4, we can see reiko. He sitting on the chair and dress shao kahn' s mask. I don' t understood this movie! Is this true?

I don't think so, because you can play both of them in Mortal Kombat Armageddon, but on this page:

Reiko just wants to take over Shao Kahns Place, thats why he wears Shao Kahns helmet in the MK4 ending.

But the ending of the Gameboyversion shows, that Reiko turns back to reign the realm. To be the supreme Ruler.
Was Reiko the masterchief of outworld, befor shao Kahn get the place or are they both one Person??

So, i know everything now! Reiko isn' t Shao! Why? The real story of mortal kombat is in game (arcade / pc and consoles games!). In mk: armageddon we can play as shao and as reiko (and other charakters). Ending from MK4 on GB isn' t true. Maybe reiko only want' s to be emperor. That' s not matter. Reiko is not Shao!
